We're a factory, not a trading company. Dealers, retailers and resellers buy from us at manufacturer prices — with the same chair available again next season, and spares still in stock two years later.
Tell us what you sell and how much you move. The wholesale price list goes out the same day.

Not on the invoice. Afterwards. Dealers who call us have usually been through at least two of these.
A dealer doesn't lose money on the purchase price. You lose it on everything that happens after. Here's a 200-chair wholesale lot, and where the money actually leaks.
| Where it leaks | What happens on your side | On 200 chairs* |
|---|---|---|
| Buying through a layer | You think you're buying factory-direct. There's a trader in between, and his margin comes out of yours. | ₹1,20,000 |
| Warranty you absorb | Gas lifts and mechanisms fail in year one. The supplier goes quiet, so you replace them yourself to keep the account. | ₹70,000 |
| Batch mismatch | Second lot doesn't match the first. Your customer rejects it, or you discount to keep the peace. | ₹60,000 |
| Dead stock | Model discontinued. Whatever is left in your godown now sells at cost, if at all. | ₹50,000 |
| Late dispatch | Your customer's deadline slips because your supplier's did. Sometimes you lose the repeat order too. | ₹40,000 |
| Supplier quoting your customer | Hardest one to put a number on, because you usually find out when the order doesn't come back. | The account |
| What a bad wholesale supplier costs on one 200-chair lot | ₹3,40,000 | |

*Our estimates, based on what dealers tell us when they switch. Put your own last year's numbers in — the warranty line is usually the one that surprises people.
Every leak above comes from the same thing: distance between you and whoever actually made the chair. We're the ones who made it.
Frames, mesh, foam, upholstery, assembly and finishing all happen at our unit in Bawana. There's no trader between us and you, so there's no trader's margin inside your cost.

The single most expensive thing in wholesale is a model that disappears. We keep our running models running, and we keep the components for them, so your second order matches your first and your customer can add ten more chairs next year.

Three years against manufacturing defects, and we replace rather than argue. If something fails at your customer's office, it's our problem to fix, not a cost you quietly absorb to protect the relationship.

When a dealer registers a project with us, we don't quote that buyer directly behind you, and we don't hand their details to someone else in your city. If that buyer approaches us on their own, we tell you.
We sell on our own website and on marketplaces at retail prices — you can check them any day. What we don't do is undercut a dealer who's already working an account. There's no version of that which ends well for either of us.
Ask us to put it in writing on your first order. We will.
If this matters to you — and for most dealers it's the whole decision — raise it on your first call. We'd rather have that conversation early.
We'd rather publish how the slabs work than make every dealer fight for the same number. Exact rates are on the price list — ask and we'll send it.
| Order size | Who it usually suits | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| 50–100 chairs | Retailers, small dealers, first order with us | Wholesale slab 1, standard terms |
| 101–300 chairs | Established dealers, project supply | Better slab, colour choice on running models |
| 301–1,000 chairs | Distributors, multi-city dealers | Best slab, private label available, packaging options |
| 1,000+ chairs | Annual rate contracts | Contract pricing held for the period, planned production slots |

Repeat dealers move up a slab on cumulative annual volume, not just per order. If you're buying 60 chairs six times a year, say so — it changes your price.
We've been making chairs in Bawana since 2017, and most of our dealer relationships started with one cautious order.
That's the right way to do it. You don't know us yet. You don't know whether we'll pick up the phone in month eight, which is the only test that actually matters in this trade.
So take 50 chairs. Sell them. See what comes back to you as a complaint and what doesn't. Call us with a warranty claim and see how long we take. Then decide whether to put us on your price list properly.
Dealers who've been with us for years all started exactly that way. Nobody has ever regretted testing us on a small lot first, and we'd be suspicious of any supplier who pushed you to skip that step.
Better you know now than after three rounds of emails.
You need 10 or 20 chairs. Our wholesale minimum is 50. Below that our own online store will give you a better deal than a wholesale quote would.
You're chasing the lowest number in the market. There's always a cheaper chair, and usually there's a reason inside it. We won't build down to a price and then let you carry the warranty.
You resell to offices and you need the same model available again next season, with spares, so your customers can add chairs instead of replacing the lot.
You want a manufacturer who'll quote your project, protect your account, and let you put your own brand on the backrest once the volume is there.
Almost every chair in the market is now sold as "ergonomic". These are the parts that decide whether your customer agrees with that description a year later.
A real lumbar pad that sits where the lower back curves, fixed or height-adjustable. A bit of shaped foam in the backrest is not lumbar support, whatever the listing says.
A waterfall front edge keeps pressure off the back of the thigh. Get this wrong and people complain of numb legs by 4pm without knowing why.
Centre-tilt, knee-tilt or synchro-tilt with lock positions. Synchro is what long-shift buyers want; centre-tilt is honest value for shorter use. Know which one you're selling.
A certified lift sized to the weight range. The most common year-two complaint in the whole industry is a seat that sinks, and it always comes back to the dealer first.
Fixed, 2D or 3D. The armrest has to meet the desk height, or people sit with their shoulders up all day and blame the chair.
Mesh breathes and suits long shifts and warm rooms. Leatherette looks formal and suits cabins. Stock both — most offices buy both.

High-back with headrest, mid-back and visitor. The volume seller for IT floors, call centres and co-working spaces.

Gaming series, bar stools, accent chairs and recliners — useful range-fillers if you sell to homes as well as offices.

Started with a 60-chair trial lot. Now orders mesh and executive models through the year on the same price list.
High-back mesh for a new floor, against a move-in date that couldn't slip. It didn't.
Supplied through GeM as the OEM, under MSE purchase preference.

Companies that buy from us

You don't need to know model numbers. Roughly what you stock, roughly how much you move in a year, and your city is enough for us to send real prices.
Buying for your own offices rather than to resell? Same form — just pick "For our own offices", and we'll quote it as a bulk order instead of dealer pricing.

Once you're moving volume, you don't have to sell our name. Put yours on the backrest, choose the colours that suit your market, and we'll build to that spec.

Furniture dealers and resellers, retail showrooms, distributors, interior contractors and turnkey fit-out firms, architects specifying for projects, e-commerce and D2C sellers, exporters, and corporate buyers fitting out their own offices.
We're registered on GeM and are a Micro enterprise (UDYAM-DL-06-0171040), so we're eligible for MSE purchase preference under the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012 — including the L1+15% benefit and the 25% quantity preference. We're a Class-I Local Supplier, compliant with GFR Rule 144(xi) on land-border sourcing, and we supply as the OEM, not as a trading intermediary.

Not on an account you've registered with us. We sell at retail on our own website and marketplaces, which you can check any day, but we don't undercut a dealer who's working an account. We'll put that in writing on your first order.
Us. Three years against manufacturing defects, replacement rather than repair. You raise it, we deal with it. We'll also send spares to you directly so small issues can be fixed locally without waiting.
Yes, on running models — same shade, same mesh, same components. That consistency is the main reason dealers move to a factory from a trader. If a model is ever being phased out, we tell you before you commit to it.
