Do you ship to my city and location?

To ensure an exceptional customer experience, we partner with leading delivery services in India, such as FedEx, BlueDart, and Delhivery Couriers. These reputable courier companies cover almost all major cities in India. If your delivery address is in a rural or remote area, please share your pin code with us before placing your order. Extra delivery charges for Outside Delivery Addresses (ODA) will be communicated to you.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Products are typically dispatched within 2-4 days of order confirmation, with an additional 6-10 days required for delivery to your doorstep. While we strive to meet the communicated delivery time, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If such situations arise, please feel free to contact us for the latest updates on your order.

Are there any shipping charges or additional hidden costs?

No, shipments are free of charge. Simply provide your pin code during the order process, and we will inform you if there are any extra charges associated with shipping to your location.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, use the Tracking number provided after the dispatch on the courier's website. We make every effort to deliver your product promptly.

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

For products requiring assembly, we provide detailed assembly instructions. Ensure you register for warranty on our website within 30 days of product delivery. Note that warranty terms vary by product and are updated on the product page.

What if I receive a damaged product?

While we take utmost care in packing, if you receive a damaged product, send images of the damaged part to contact@oakcraft.in. Our team will assess the damage within 2 business days and either repair the product or provide a replacement based on the degree of damage.

Can I cancel the order?

In the rare event that you decide to cancel your order, please note that cancellation requests are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, we won't be able to process cancellation requests due to our commitment to timely order fulfillment.

What if my product is marked as delivered but not received?

If your product is marked as delivered but not received, check with your neighbors, security guard, or others in your household. If the issue persists, report the complaint to contact@oakcraft.in or call us at +91-8700540830 within 48 hours of the marked delivery. Our team will investigate, register your query, and escalate it to our courier team, providing updates within 7-14 business days, as per courier policies.
