REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations:
1. Order Not Processed:
If an order has not been processed, customers can self-cancel through their account or request cancellation by emailing us at contact@oakcraft.in. Successful cancellations before processing result in a full refund, credited back within 1-3 working days.
2. Order Processed:
Once an order is processed, it becomes non-cancellable. Refusal of delivery incurs To and Fro Logistics charges, varying from ₹800-₹2800 depending on weight and destination. Refunds are processed after the shipment returns, taking 4-7 working days.
Disclaimer: Free shipping applies to successful orders; if canceled after shipping, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Returns:
Oakcraft implements a parts replacement/return policy under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility Criteria (within 10 days from delivery):
a) Product received is different from the order.
b) Physically damaged product upon receipt.
c) Missing parts/accessories described as "In the Box" on the website.
2. Reporting Damage:
Physically damaged products must be reported within 72 hours with valid evidence; reports after 72 hours won't be accepted.
3. Resolution:
Oakcraft reserves the right to send replacements for in-transit damaged or missing items. If parts are unavailable, a full refund is initiated.
4. Product Imperfections:
Minor imperfections not affecting functionality are not covered by warranty or return.
