We build lab chairs to order on the stool and office chair platforms we already make, so you get proven gas lifts, bases and frames configured for bench work rather than a generic chair adapted on site.
Lab seating has its own demands. Benches are usually higher than desks, technicians move between instruments, and surfaces are cleaned often. We address that with counter-height gas lifts, footrings so feet are supported, smooth seat profiles in wipe-clean PU or leatherette, and a choice of castors for mobility or glides for stability.

Lab chair wholesale pricing comes straight from our factory, without a dealer margin. The rate depends on the seat height, a backrest or backless design, the upholstery, the base, castors or glides, and the quantity, so we quote each requirement in writing.
Send us the bench height, the number of chairs, the type of lab and the delivery address, and we will share a written quotation with specification, price, 18% GST and lead time, usually the same day.

A lab chair bulk order starts at 50 chairs and can combine stools for teaching labs with backrest chairs for staff and instrument stations. Approve a sample at your bench height and we build the run on our own floor, typically within 5 to 7 working days for a custom specification.

Do you make lab chairs or source them?
We make them. Oakcraft is a Udyam-registered lab chair manufacturer and OEM, building every chair at our own factory in Poothkhurd, Bawana, Delhi, since 2017.
Should lab chairs have castors or glides?
Castors suit labs where staff move between instruments and benches. Glides suit fixed teaching benches and areas where the chair should stay put. We can supply either, or a mix within one order.
What height should a lab stool be?
Tell us your bench height and we will choose a gas lift range so the user sits comfortably at the work surface with feet resting on the footring. We can send a sample to confirm it before production.
Can schools and government labs buy through GeM?
Yes. We are registered on GeM with MSE purchase preference, and we also take direct orders from private schools, hospitals and research centres.
Is there a minimum quantity for a lab chair bulk order?
Yes, the minimum is 50 chairs, which can be split across stools and chairs with backrests. Delivery is available across India, and Delhi NCR orders usually arrive within a day.
