Oakcraft is a conference chair manufacturer in India with its own factory in Poothkhurd, Bawana, North West Delhi. We have made office chairs there since 2017 with a team of more than 100 people, and every meeting room set we ship is upholstered, assembled and inspected in-house.
Around a conference table, the eye picks up every difference. One back sitting higher, one seat a shade darker or one armrest at a different height makes the whole room look untidy. That is why we build each set in a single production run, from the same upholstery lot, with the same base and mechanism, so twelve chairs read as one design.

Mid Back Leatherette Conference Chair
A medium back in stitched leatherette with padded arms and a swivel base. The standard choice for meeting rooms because it keeps the table line low and tidy while staying comfortable through long discussions.
High Back Mesh Boardroom Chair
A taller mesh back with arms and a tilt mechanism for boardrooms and senior review meetings that run for hours. Often placed at the head of the table, or across the whole room for leadership floors.
Mid Back Mesh Meeting Chair
A light, breathable mesh back with fixed arms, sized to tuck neatly under the table. Suits smaller huddle rooms, coworking meeting pods and offices that prefer a modern look.

Our conference chair wholesale rates are factory rates. There is no distributor between us, and the quote reflects only the back height, upholstery, mechanism, base and the number of chairs you need across your rooms.
Government and PSU buyers can also order through GeM, where Oakcraft is registered as an MSE with purchase preference. For private buyers, share the room list and preferred look and we will send a written quotation with specification, GST and lead time, usually the same day.

How ordering works
Conference Chair Bulk Order
For a conference chair bulk order, we suggest approving one sample chair first so the colour and height are confirmed before the full set is built. The bulk minimum is 50 chairs across any mix of rooms and models. Stock models leave in 1 to 2 working days, and custom runs take 5 to 7 working days.

Swivel chairs on castors suit rooms where people turn to a screen or step away from the table. Fixed sled-base chairs suit rooms that are laid out once and rarely changed. We make both and can help you decide room by room.
Can every chair in the set look exactly the same?
Yes. We build each set in one run using the same upholstery lot, base and mechanism, so colour and height stay consistent. Logo embroidery on the back is also available.
What is the minimum for a conference chair bulk order?
Our bulk minimum is 50 chairs, which can be spread across several meeting rooms and mixed between models.
Do you deliver conference chairs outside Delhi?
