Oakcraft is a mesh chair manufacturer in India working from its own factory in Poothkhurd, Bawana, in North West Delhi. Since 2017 we have built the frames, stretched and fixed the mesh, assembled the mechanisms and checked every chair on a 3,000+ m2 floor run by more than 100 people. Nothing is bought in finished and given our label.
The quality of a mesh chair comes down to two things most buyers never see: how evenly the mesh is tensioned and how securely it is locked into the frame. Mesh that is stretched unevenly or held only by staples starts to sag at the seat edge or pull away from the back within a year. We fix the mesh into a channel around the frame under even tension, so the back keeps its shape and the support stays where it should through long working days.

A mesh chair bulk order starts at 50 chairs, and you can mix high-back and mid-back models in the same order. Approve a sample if you would like to test the mesh first, and we build the full batch at Bawana. Stock models are dispatched in 1 to 2 working days, and custom specifications take 5 to 7 working days.

Do you make the mesh chairs yourselves?
Yes. Oakcraft is a mesh chair manufacturer, not a trader. Frames, mesh fitting, assembly and final checks all happen at our own factory in Poothkhurd, Bawana, and we are registered under Udyam as a manufacturing enterprise.
Will the mesh sag or loosen over time?
Sagging usually comes from uneven tension or weak fixing. We stretch the mesh evenly and lock it into the frame channel rather than relying on staples alone, and our 3-year warranty covers any manufacturing defect in the mesh or frame.
Is mesh a better choice than leatherette for hot cities?
For most offices in warm or humid cities, yes. Air passes through the mesh back, so users stay cooler over a long shift. Leatherette still suits cabins where a formal look matters more than airflow.
What is the smallest mesh chair bulk order you accept?
Fifty chairs, and they can be a mix of models. For fewer chairs, our online store is usually the better option.
Can you supply mesh chairs to government offices?
Yes. We are registered on GeM, where our MSE status brings purchase preference for eligible buyers, and we also supply against direct purchase orders. Deliveries reach every state in India.
