Oakcraft is a visitor chair manufacturer in India that builds every frame, seat and back at its own production unit in Poothkhurd, Bawana. We have been making office chairs since 2017, and our visitor range comes off the same floor as our executive and boss chairs, which is why the two can be matched so closely.
A visitor chair has an easier life than a revolving chair in one way and a harder one in another. It has no gas lift or tilt to wear out, but it is dragged across floors, sat on by people of every build and judged by every client who walks into the cabin. We use bent steel frames with a clean chrome or powder-coated finish, a firm seat that keeps its shape and floor glides that protect tile and wood.

A bent steel cantilever frame with a padded leatherette seat and back that has a slight, comfortable spring when you sit. The most popular choice for manager and director cabins because it pairs neatly with a high-back executive chair.
Sled Base Visitor Chair
A continuous sled base that spreads weight evenly and slides easily on tile or wood without marking it. Well suited to consulting rooms, bank desks and HR rooms where chairs are moved many times a day.
Mesh Back Visitor Chair
A breathable mesh back on a fixed steel frame with a cushioned seat. A lighter, cooler look for open offices and for cabins where the main chair is also mesh.

A visitor chair bulk order is usually part of a larger cabin fit-out, so we can build visitors and executive chairs in one run with a shared colour and finish. The bulk minimum is 50 chairs and models can be mixed. Stock models leave the factory in 1 to 2 working days; custom runs take 5 to 7 working days.
